Welcome to my “Spotlight/Showcase” campaign; this is a series of inspiration postings featuring the singles off my Playlist Vol album series.
Each spotlight will showcase various singles from various albums; which will include a music player for referencing and the article explaining the motivation for the creation.
We will begin this 1st entry with just a brief about me.
I usually produce a ton of beats before I select and write to them. When I get a subject idea, I try to study the beat and make sure the beat can help me convey my message. Some beats can be too long for a subject, and some beats too short.
I try to write about what others don’t speak or rap about. I am a rap alternative to the mainstream, I drop rhymes just like the best in the game, I just speak on the opposite of what the mainstreams speaks; but things that are relatable to rap listeners who aren’t the streets, and don’t live like celebrities.
There are those that listen to high standard rap that’s not mainstream, but relatable.
that’s just a little about me as I begin my Spotlight/Showcase” campaign, and more will be revealed as I post more entries.
