F.I.S.T. The M.C. - is a rapper that represents strength and the voice of every individual that only listens hip-hop/rap. Once I defined my sound, I had to determine how I could be different from what’s out there with the same rap style I possessed. Using some tips from some research, I decided to write my rhymes as if I was having a conversation with my listeners. With that approach determined the subjects I would discuss, and how I would perform them. You can think of F.I.S.T. as a conscious awareness rapper and the voice of the people of the hip-hop/rap sector that only listens to rap. Part of what makes me different are the topics I discuss and how I discuss and embody my performance. Either I’m going to enlighten, bring awareness, celebrate, or pay homage, and there’s the other subject content that requires hip-hop to have an identity. I say what you’re thinking and discuss issues and subjects only found on songs by singers. I discuss issues that honor and celebrate people, various movements, milestones, and accomplishments while the event has relevance, and significance. Give you, your flowers while you can smell them.
